Shaarix User Agreement

Effective Date: 20th July, 2025

Welcome to Shaarix, a smart wallet and open platform for project-based revenue unit management and decentralized investment. This User Agreement governs your use of Shaarix, and outlines your rights and obligations as a user of the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or transact on Shaarix.

Parents or legal guardians may register and purchase Gifting Units on behalf of minors under the guardian's account and supervision. These units will remain under parental control until the minor reaches the age of majority.

2. Platform Purpose

Shaarix enables verified projects and companies to list up to two unit classes per project:

An official revenue unit representing the investor's share
A gift or reward-based unit used for incentives or special programs

Investors (revenue partners) can buy, sell, gift, or refer others to purchase these units.

Shaarix also facilitates KYC verification, unit tracking, earning reports, and referral bonuses.

3. Revenue & Earnings

Each project listed on Shaarix is independently managed. Revenue distributions, including quarterly or annual payouts, are based on the project's specific structure.

The platform deducts a maximum of 15% service charge per transaction. Projects must disclose their earnings allocation clearly.

Revenue unit caps: No user may own more than 1,000 units per unit class unless authorized directly by Shaarix administration.

4. Referral Program

Users earn incentives when referred users purchase units.

Referral earnings may be percentage-based or fixed, depending on the unit type.

Bonuses apply to both first-time and future purchases made through your referral.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent referrals, multiple unauthorized accounts, or bypassing unit caps, is strictly forbidden.

Any attempt to trade units outside the Shaarix system is a violation of platform rules.

6. Account Termination

Shaarix reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms

Engage in fraud, manipulation, or abuse
Fail to comply with KYC requirements

With project owners or administrators for auditing or compliance

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
